Generis Tek Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced US Clinical/Pharma Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:• Source, screen, and recruit top talent for clinical, pharmaceutical, and biotech positions in the US market.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates‘ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary, benefits, and other employment terms with candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with company and client hiring policies.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications & Requirements:
• 1- 3 years of experience in US clinical/pharma recruiting.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and job market dynamics in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science Domain Must.
