Position: US CMA Faculty (Part 1 & Part 2)

Location: Kasarwadi, Pune (Hybrid/Online)
Type: Full-Time / Freelance
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and interview.
Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced and certified US CMA professionals to join our academic team as subject trainers. The ideal candidate should have strong command over IMA's CMA syllabus and a passion for delivering high-quality sessions to aspiring finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured sessions (live/online) for CMA Part 1 and Part 2
Prepare session plans aligned with IMA Learning Outcome Statements (LOS)
Provide mentoring, exam support, and doubt-solving to students
Conduct assessments, mock tests, and feedback reviews
Collaborate with academic and operations teams for class scheduling
Stay updated with changes in CMA syllabus and exam pattern
Candidate Requirements:
US CMA Qualified (mandatory)
2-5 years of CMA teaching/training experience preferred
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Familiar with Becker, Hock, U World, or similar CMA prep tools
Comfortable teaching via Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS platforms
