Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an US Healthcare Industry Background Verification Process As part of the role, you will be responsible for US Client Verification Process .Work on credentialing files and ensure quality is maintained as per the project requirement
Conducts thorough background investigation, research and primary source verification of all components of the application file.
Navigate software applications including but not limited to websites and other software tools and applications to perform credentialing activities
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in customer service
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Positive and professional attitude
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Only Mumbai based Candidates must apply
• Should be flexible in shift timing (5pm to 2am /6pm to 3am)
• Drop facilities are Available (For western line , for Central till Bhandup
• Freshers with fluent communication till 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Industry background verification process
• 5 days Work Culture (Mon to Friday) Sat & Sun fixed off
• Salary - 15k to 22k fixed in hand
• Day Shift - 12k to 20k fixed in hand
• Interview process - HR Telephonic round & Opps teams f2f round
• Notice Period - Immediately ( we have immediate bases project on live)
Location - Andheri East /Nahur West
Day Shift Openings - For Nahur Location & for Night Shift - Andheri & Nahur
