We at MIDAS looking for US staffing IT/Healthcare Recruiters with senior, mid-level, or junior-level experience.
This will be a complete onsite role in Sector 5+ Noida, UP
The ideal candidate must have min 2+ years of experience in US Staffing.
Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp-2-Corp & 10++, etc.
Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B.
Mines candidates through ATS and weekly reports.
Responsibilities
Must have a good understanding of the US staffing business and recruitment process.
Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
Strong experience in Boolean queries and innovative search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport within the department
Problem-solving skills
Must present a professional image.
