Codinix Technologies Inc. is looking for a US Healthcare Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals in various roles within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare staffing, particularly in nursing and allied roles, and will excel in utilizing various recruitment platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit healthcare professionals for a variety of roles, including Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Case Manager, Medical Assistant, LVN/LPN, Radiology/X-Ray Tech, and other allied health positions.
• Utilize social media platforms such as Facebook and job boards like Indeed to attract and engage potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and staffing partners including Genesis, Medifis, Baptist Healthcare, Right Sourcing, and Aya Healthcare.
• Screen candidates through interviews and background checks to ensure they meet the qualifications and requirements of the position.
• Coordinate the hiring process, including extending job offers and negotiating terms of employment.
• Maintain a database of qualified candidates and track recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruiting.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, particularly in nursing and allied health roles.
• Strong familiarity with healthcare staffing platforms such as Genesis, Medifis, Baptist Healthcare, Right Sourcing, and Aya Healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct thorough candidate screenings and background checks.
