US IT Experience is mandatory
This is hybrid role (onsite 3 days a week).
Timings: EST Timings (6:30pm to 4am IST)
We are looking for a US IT Recruiting Operations Manager who has experience managing operations for US IT Staffing firm
Role: US IT Recruiting Operations Manager ( Leading team of recruiters and bench sales)
Experience level: Minimum 6 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Candidate should be able to perform the following tasks during night shift
• We are looking for candidates who are aggressive and can drive the entire team to success
• Continuously in touch with recruiting team and Bench sales team to get the references of highly talented IT consultants for US clients.
• Contact references of consultants and validate the experience.
• Source the technical talent using outside contacts and internet.
• Maintain the good relations with existing technical staff and get references of highly skilled consultants.
• Scoping out candidates from every angle, you build and utilize various sourcing plans and tools, including phone screens, social media research, to find prime hires.
• Tailor your strategies for sourcing different technical streams.
• Also need to identify hot technologies in the market time to time and keep changing technology preference
• Experience working with GC, EAD, OPT, H1B candidates on 10++ and W2 positions
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Should have minimum 6 years of experience in the business of US IT talent acquisition.
• Should have excellent communication skills to deal with bright technical talent in the industry.
• Should exhibit excellent persuasive skills, when engaging with potential hires, you know how pushy is too pushy.
• Should be flexible, and switch gears as priorities change; you are able to recruit across different functions
