US IT Recruiter
Work From Office. (Night Shift)
Candidates from Kolkata, Assam, Tripura, Siliguri and Sikkim are Preferred.
Age Should be between 18yrs-26 yrs.
We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to join our team in Saltlake, Sector V, Kolkata. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring qualified candidates for various IT positions in the US market.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the client's requirements and job specifications
- Search and identify potential candidates using various sources such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial phone screening and evaluate candidates' skills, experience and suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates
- Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate database and records
- Follow up with candidates and clients until closure of positions
- Provide feedback and reports to management
Requirements:
- Graduate from any stream
- Fresher or experienced in US IT recruitment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of US visa types, tax terms and employment laws
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work in night shift (8:00 pm to 5:00 am), Monday to Friday
