We are the Preferred or an Approved Vendor, in many private and public sector firms, including state and federal government agencies.
We have a able team working in night shifts and catering to our US staffing business. We provide pick up and drop facilities from across different locations. Salary and incentives are above industry standards.

Required Skills: 1. Experience as a US technical recruiter(Preferably working with VMS clients and Direct clients) 2. Experience working W2 Tax term 3. Ready to work in extreme pressure (if need be) 4. Experience of interviewing US candidates and providing staffing services to clients. 5. Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in IT. 6. Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles in time. 7. Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements. 8. Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, presentation & team building skills. +. Use effective resourcing strategies such as Portals -Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Internet sourcing, networking, cold calls and direct mailing etc. 10. Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/ HR aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp) with U. S. Citizens, H1B. etc
