Title: US IT Recruiter
Work Location: Noida
Mode: Full Time
working the night shift from 7pm - 4am IST.
We are looking to hire US IT recruiters for our Noida Location. It is an onsite opportunity and candidates are expected to work from office premises.
Job profile: -
• Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, social media, etc.
• Assess the applicant’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies
• Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidate relationships & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
• Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gaining commitment from candidates for current and future job
Required Skills:
• 0-6 Months of Experience in US Staffing, FRESHERS WITH IT BACKGROUND CAN ALSO APPLY.
• Good understanding of the IT and US staffing industry.
• Minimum educational qualification required is Graduation or under-graduate
• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail-oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment.
• Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
