About the Role
This position involves working with our client, handling various tasks related to property accounting. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing accounts receivable and payable, processing daily payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proficient in Sage Intacct/AppFolio software
• Familiarity with lease agreements and invoices in the rental business
• Knowledge of property/rent management principles
• Basic understanding of US GAAP accounting standards
• Manage financial statements and bookkeeping
• Process daily payments for US clients
• Good grasp of financial data and US accounting principles
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in US Property Accounting or similar field
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Self-motivated and proactive individual
• Flexible and practical work approach
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Confident in supporting senior company staff and board members
Location and Experience:
This role is open to candidates based in Gurgaon, Hyderabad, or remote locations. We require professionals with a strong background in US Accounting, Property/Rent Management, and relevant software applications.
