Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as US Recruiters for our night shift operations in Ahmedabad. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for positions based in the United States. Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through online job portals, social media platforms, networking, and other channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
• Provide timely updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and relevant employment laws.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) on a regular basis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
