The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting, virtual assistance, and providing comprehensive staffing solutions.
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience supporting US staffing agencies in IT, Healthcare, or Non-IT industries.
• Proficiency in recruitment process including resume sourcing, boolean strings, prescreening, and matching local candidates.
• Knowledge of the industries they serve, job market, and Work Permits/Visas in the US.
• Ability to work according to KPIs and deadlines discussed with clients.
• Virtual assistance skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - (Client Facing role)
