We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reviewing and managing US tax filings, specifically Form 1040 for individuals, Form 1120S for S-corporations, and Form 1065 for partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of US tax laws and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. • Review and oversee the preparation of US tax returns, including Form 1040, Form 1120S, and Form 1065, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Conduct thorough reviews of tax calculations, schedules, and supporting documentation prepared by staff members or external vendors. • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, assisting them with complex tax issues and fostering their professional development. • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing expert advice on US tax matters. • Stay abreast of changes to US tax laws and regulations, and proactively advise clients and colleagues on potential impacts and opportunities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and accounting departments, to ensure alignment on tax strategies and initiatives. • Assist with tax planning and strategy development, identifying opportunities for tax optimization and risk mitigation. • Participate in meetings and presentations with clients, demonstrating expertise and professionalism in all interactions.
