Join the dynamic team at Midland City Kia as a motivated and results-driven Used Vehicle Sales Consultant and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Role:
Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand and meet customer needs through effective product knowledge
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
Negotiate pricing and close sales
Follow up leads
Provide outstanding customer service
Two brands to sell from maximising selling potential
YOU:
Passionate about the automotive industry
Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
Self-motivated and financially hungry with a desire and passion to excel at closing every deal
Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
Well presented, professional with an attitude to succeed
Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
Availability to work late night every Wednesday and half day every Saturday
WA drivers’ licence is required
A vehicle sales persons licence is required or ability to obtain one
Proven success in a dealership environment is highly regarded!
