Oversee the operation and maintenance of all utility services, including Water systems, water supply, AHUs, and other facility utilities. Ensure optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance with safety regulations. Implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely corrective actionswhen needed.
