Role :
We're looking for efficient YouTube Channel Manager who will help Utkarsh to take their vision forward, based out of Jodhpur Office (WFO).
Responsibilities :
- The vision being to be the first one in the market to bring exclusive and authentic content related to various competitive exams.
- So, you need to be someone ready to take up the responsibility of managing the YouTube team.
As part of that, we will need you to :
- Own the entire YouTube strategy and its implementation on multiple channels.
- Come up with effective growth strategies for sustained growth.
- Lead 10 people teams with a good mix of creative and technical skills.
- Make data-driven decisions and carry out regular data analysis, take ownership for overall growth of YouTube channels & make strategies for growth & audience engagement.
Desirable Skills & Experience :
- Bring your A-Game: Is analytically strong with an understanding of content and domain knowledge.
- Know the yard: Should have worked on brand or content strategy in the digital domain.
- Having a significant YouTube Experience is a must.
- Are stacked with the necessary skills: Mid-level data analysis skills, the skill to manage a team of 10 people, and some basic excel will do the job.
- Its Work from office & 6 working days job.
- Postgraduate/Graduate with 2-5 years of relevant experience required. Experience in Edtech will be preferred.
- Should be exceptionally good at multi-tasking and Comfortable working in a fast-moving company environment, and get-things-done.
