Job Description
The Enterprise Design & Research team is looking for a talented UX Writer to join their Content Writing/Design team. This role will contribute to a suite of products within Consumer Banking across mobile and web.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to support and contribute to new content development for servicing journeys across web and mobile.
• Apply writing guidelines and standards to drive consistency in content.
• Use customer feedback, user research, and other documentation to help identify areas for improvement in content.
• Advocate for content and design decisions with supporting evidence
• Assist with proofreading and editing provided content
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience
• Clearly articulates how copy addresses objectives and solves problems
• A champion for collaboration, early and often
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in an agile environment
• Is an ambassador for UX, with experience communicating to business partners how UX writing and design delivers on user and business goals
• Pivots quickly and supports several projects simultaneously
• Exudes positivity, requires minimal supervision, and has a strong work ethic
• Able to work in-office from NYC at least 3 days/week
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Candidate should be comfortable juggling different responsibilities each day, be very flexible. Nice to have experience working in Fintech since this is a regulated environment with what they can write for copy.Mix of short-form and long-form writing would be nice, preferred experience in short-form

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
