Key Responsibilities:
User Experience (UX) Design
- Design seamless, user-friendly eCommerce experiences that facilitate effortless navigation and purchasing.

- Design intuitive interfaces that make the shopping journey as efficient and enjoyable as possible.
User Interface (UI) Design
- Create visually stunning interfaces that align with Mudgar Club’s high-end, luxury brand.
- Ensure consistency in design across all digital touchpoints, including web and mobile interfaces.
- Work on high-fidelity design prototypes for product pages, checkout flows, and other key eCommerce interactions.
Website Optimization
- Continuously improve the site’s design and functionality based on user feedback, analytics, and testing.
- Ensure the website is responsive and provides a high-quality experience across all devices and screen sizes.
Brand Integration
- Develop and maintain a cohesive digital design language that reflects Mudgar Club’s values of craftsmanship and luxury.
- Incorporate unique brand elements (e.g., logos, typography, colors) to distinguish the website from competitors.
Interaction Design
- Create smooth, engaging micro-interactions that delight users without detracting from the overall user experience.
- Focus on optimizing the usability of eCommerce features such as product filters, cart management, and payment gateways.
Collaboration with Development Team
- Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are accurately implemented and optimized for performance.
- Provide detailed design specs and assets to ensure a smooth handoff from design to development.
Customer Journey Optimization
- Map the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve user flow, retention, and conversion rates.
- Design features that enhance the post-purchase experience, such as order tracking and personalized product recommendations.
Digital Marketing Support
- Create assets for digital marketing campaigns, including banners, landing pages, and email templates, ensuring they align with the site’s design aesthetic.
- Aid in designing promotional content that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.
Market Trends and Innovation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UX/UI design, eCommerce, and luxury product marketing to keep Mudgar Club’s website ahead of the competition.
- Explore innovative design practices that enhance the user experience and drive conversions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing work on eCommerce platforms and websites.
- 2-5 years of experience designing digital experiences for eCommerce sites or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first design, and website performance optimization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers.
- Experience in creating high-fidelity mockups, user flows, and sitemaps.
- Familiarity with eCommerce trends and best practices for driving conversions.
- Ability to iterate and refine designs based on feedback and testing.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Up to 25,000 INR to 30,000 INR (Based on experience).
