Looking for an Guest Relation Executive
Location -Santacruz
Experience - 1+ yr
Salary - 15k to 30k
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Handling all queries and phone calls at the reception desk Handling the POS system and billing at the desk Familiarizing clients with our offerings – Memberships, Birthdays, Gift Vouchers and Merchandise etc. Handle birthday party bookings & queries and coordinating with the Marketing & Events Manager. Pro-actively assist in selling Funky Monkeys Birthday Packages, Memberships & other offerings. Client servicing- attending to clients queries and requests. Assisting and briefing parents/guardians with our rules of play, rate card, membership packages etc. Briefing clients about the Funky Monkeys Play Center and its facilities Checking of cleanliness of the entire play center and filling cleanliness sheet. Handling the school group mornings and proactively calling schools. Assisting with the monthly stock count for Merchandise, Socks etc. Checking the stationery supplies and ordering should be done. Ensure all promotional material, forms & disclaimers are up to date. Assisting with other admin & operations duties as directed and required
