Job Description
Expertise in End-to-End Recruitment including critical position up to Full and Final process
Expertise understanding employee lifecycle from Hiring to separations, E-recruitment, Internal Job posting etc also co- ordinate with Team on daily basis.
Experience: - The experience we are looking for is minimum 6 years & above, with at least one complete year as lead role.
Note-Joining immediate: - Work from Office must. We work 6 days in a week.
WORK PROFILE INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO ;
Issue Offer letter, Appointment letter, joining formalities- induction, co-ordination with Employee, solving day to day queries
Co-ordination with higher level management for interview scheduling, approvals, meeting arrangements, follow up mails/
Preparation of Job Description, Organization Chart, PPT for HR review
Actively participation in New project, Process
implementations, Presentation
COMPENSATION : At par with industry and basis capability

Salary: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
