Department - Retail (POS)
Exp - 2 - 5 years
Qualification - Graduation
Reporting - Cluster Head/ Sr.Branch Manager / Branch ManagerLOCATIONS - MUMBAI - NASIK - PUNE - NAGPUR - INDORE
Key Stakeholders - Business Head, Business Managers, Operations, Product
.
Scope of Role
• Build the POS network for the Company & recruit POS.
• Achieving defined productivity of Premium and number of policies on Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & Yearly basis, as per the Business plan.
• Increasing POS Productivity & driving high activation rate
• Training the POS with different POS Product line.
• Driving high adoption of POS Application.
• Identify new market opportunities for enhancing POS network.
• Ensuring higher retention of POS
• Ensuring proper quality of business by compliance to the prescribed statutory requirements
• Higher policy persistency percentage.
Knowledge & Skills Required
• Candidate should have worked in a fast paced enviornment
• General Insurance (Agency)/Broking Domain (POS) experience is a must'
• Good Insurance knowledge.
• Strong follow up skill.
• Good Customer relationship skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong POS network
• Strong domain knowledge
• Excellent proven track record - 02-05 years of experience
