As an assistant, your core responsibilities include meeting AutoZone's high standards for productivity and customer satisfaction. This involves ensuring product availability, processing orders accurately, and following all procedures.

Position Responsibilities:
• Maintains the Hub's appearance and ensures adherence to the established merchandising standards
• Prioritizes the safety of the work environment by enforcing the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), as well as following company policies and loss prevention protocols
• Inspect the hard parts and feeder area to ensure that there are no safety concerns that need to be addressed
• Undertakes the task of refilling stores' returns with efficiency and precision during route deliveries
• The main aim is to achieve and sustain exemplary levels of accuracy, quality control, and order fulfillment, with a fill rate objective set at 99 percent
• The incorporation of ZNET streamlines the process of finding desired products or suitable alternatives for customers
• Ensures swift placement of returned items

Position Requirements:
• A High School Diploma is a tangible proof of one's academic achievements and skills
• Knowledge of automotive elements is obligatory
• Proficient in both communication and decision-making skills
• Capacity to hoist, transport, and distribute goods
• Possessing the capability to work an adaptable schedule that aligns with the requirements of the business, which may include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
