Key Responsibilities:
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for global positions with a keen understanding of diverse employment laws and best practices.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications and craft job descriptions that attract a global talent pool.
• Utilize a variety of recruitment channels to identify, screen, and engage potential candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and participate in selection discussions, upholding Vegah LLC's commitment to excellence and inclusivity.
• Maintain meticulous records of recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and performance metrics in compliance with global data protection regulations.
• Contribute to recruitment strategy development, focusing on innovative approaches to meet the evolving needs of a global workforce.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Familiarity with global employment laws, particularly in the US and India, and recruitment best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Analytical thinker with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, ATS, and HRIS; agility in adapting to new technologies.
• Available for a part-time commitment, flexible to coordinate across different time zones.
Preferred:
• Previous experience or internships in HR, especially in a remote or global setting.
• Strong interest in or knowledge of social media and innovative recruitment strategies.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, capable of working autonomously.
