About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vendor Manager with a strong background in IT Software/Service, BPO, Automobile, Electric Vehicles (EV), Aerospace specializing in staffing and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive experience managing vendor relationships, driving staffing operations, and delivering workforce solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Strategy & Management :
• Develop and execute vendor management strategies to ensure optimal delivery of staffing services.
• Identify, onboard, and manage third-party staffing partners and agencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to achieve business objectives and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Staffing Operations :
• Oversee end-to-end staffing processes for IT, Automobile, and EV business units.
• Drive the recruitment and deployment of high-quality talent through effective vendor collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Performance Management & Analytics :
• Monitor and assess vendor performance using data-driven KPIs and regular reviews.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize vendor efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare regular reports on staffing metrics and vendor performance for leadership.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external staffing vendors.
• Liaise with HR, Business, and Procurement to align vendor strategies with organizational goals.
• Resolve conflicts and address escalations promptly and professionally.
Market & Industry Intelligence :
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and best practices in staffing within IT, Automobile, and EV sectors.
• Recommend innovative solutions to enhance talent acquisition and vendor engagement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in vendor management and staffing, with substantial exposure to IT, Automobile, and EV industries.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale staffing programs and vendor networks.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, staffing software/ATS, and data analytics tools.
