About the Role
We are looking for passionate, well-connected Venture Scouts who can identify promising early-stage startups and connect them with Scaler Bee’s services. This is an entrepreneurial role for self-driven individuals who want to be at the forefront of India’s startup ecosystem.
Responsibilities
• Actively scout and identify promising startups needing fundraising support, pitch deck assistance, or investment readiness services.
• Build strong relationships with startup founders, incubators, accelerators, and entrepreneurial communities.
• Evaluate startup needs and recommend Scaler Bee’s services appropriately.
• Facilitate introductions between startups and Scaler Bee’s core team.
• Share regular market intelligence, insights, and updates from the startup ecosystem.
• Represent Scaler Bee at startup events, meetups, demo days, and pitch competitions (optional).
What We're Looking For
• Deep interest and involvement in the startup ecosystem — founder, operator, early employee, mentor, or community manager experience is a big plus.
• Strong network among startups, incubators, accelerators, and entrepreneurial hubs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hustler mentality — proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Backgrounds in business, entrepreneurship, venture capital, consulting, or similar areas preferred but not mandatory.
