JD - Vertical Manager-Digital Knowledge of payment products like UPI, BBPS, card management system, schemes like Visa, Rupay on issuance or acquiring side understanding of technical knowhow of above payment products Experience in managing new features on schemes or UPI customer focussed and ability to think of live scenarios and build leak proof implementations at start 8-12 year experience in banking/fintech/payment companies Job role Drive key payment side implementation on card system side to build new ways to pay or to improve success rates on current rails Automate all possible journeys with respect to card management and drive better TAT from customer perspective Build strong repayment journeys on own channels and work on reducing cost of collection Build new use cases basis new card features like NCMC, offline payments, recurring payments and drive usage with organic portfolio team Improve existing payment journeys and create wow experience across digital channels Work with relevant partners to improve success rates on transactions Manage team of product managers for effective output
