Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, including Sales Managers and Executives.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, corporates, academies, and sponsors.
• Revenue Generation: Drive revenue through the promotion of inter-school sports events, corporate tournaments, training programs, and sports-day activities.
• Operational Oversight: Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, venue bookings, and equipment management.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Proven track record of driving sales in the sports/events industry or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in market analysis, sales forecasting, and strategy planning.
• Proficiency in managing end-to-end event logistics.
