The role will be responsible to strategize, direct and oversee the overall business operations of Tamil Nadu as a Business Unit for the leading automotive dealership in South India
Automotive industry experience will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
• Derive & Develop strategic business plans to align with the overall business objective of the group
• Oversee the adequacy and soundness of the financial structure of the SBU
• Represent the region with major customers, business associates, and other stake holders
• Plan, advise and direct the operations of dealerships and service centres and ensure desired business outcomes
• Develop various people strategies with HR Business partner and drive a culture of operational excellence
Qualifications
Graduation & MBA or equivalent post-graduation from a leading business school /university is preferred.
Overall experience around 20 years in any industry with minimum 5 years’ experience in similar leading roles with large organisations.
Ability to build and gude a large team as a single workforce
