About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Vice President for Data Operations and Quality to lead our external data processes with expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for the full operational lifecycle, quality, and governance of data exchanges between our clients, carriers, and partners. You will lead teams in data transfers, reporting, audits, and resolving issues, with an emphasis on maintaining data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Establishing standards, protocols, and performance expectations, you will be crucial in driving continuous improvement efforts to enhance data trust and reporting reliability.
This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with client services, implementation, and technology teams to align external data with business and reporting requirements. Candidates should have a solid background in external data operations, data quality management, or operational data environments, with proven leadership in data analysis and audits. A strong understanding of external data processes and various data transfer methods is essential.
In addition, we value excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities, as you will navigate through complex operational challenges. While experience in the insurance industry and a background in governance or continuous improvement initiatives is desirable, we welcome strategic thinkers who are eager to enhance processes and establish scalable operating models that adapt to our evolving business needs.
