Job Title: Vice President, HR Share Services (HRSS)
Location: Hyderabad
About the Client: PSS has been mandated to hire a VP - HR Share Services for a premier microfinance company.
Job Purpose: The VP HRSS will serve the vital lead role in implementing and running shared services from Hire to retire process and assisting in implementaion of software in organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Life Cycle Management (Hire to Retire)
Recruitment Systems management
HR Technology and enhancement initiatives like HR software implementation like SAP, Adrenalin and Peoplestrong etc.
Formulating HR process and BRD
Payroll processing
Statutory compliance and Labour laws like PF, ESI etc
HR Digital Journey from projects and process improvements
HR Policies and procedures and HRSS Communications
HR Vendor Management
Global Mobility related support
HR operations & service delivery
Stake Holder Management and monthly Handshake meetings.
HRSS- Calendarized activities and Action plans
Handling regional / country level project initiatives
Participate in Compensation letters / Adhoc letters / Yearend exercise
Act as a change agent to the business, designs processes and approaches which prepares employees for ongoing change & transformation.
Educational Qualifications And Experience:
18 + years of HR Share services experience
Lead team and ability to develop operating model from inception to execution
Experience with Financial institution is most preferred.
