Job Description
We are in search for Vice President and Head of Human Resources for our client to lead the Manufacturing and Global Shared Services centres in India. The position to reports to Managing Director & CEO in India and functionally to the Global CHRO.
The role has all India responsibility to manage the manufacturing and shared services facilities in India. Driving the people strategy and operations will be the prime responsibility of the role holder. The role will interact with stakeholders in India and internationally.
You should be MBA in HR with over 20-25 years of experience with leading Indian or MNCs. You should have experience of leading large teams and employee base and with experience of managing multiple units and working in the matrix reporting structure.
