• Last 5 years in leadership role in India (No.1 in a smaller or No.2 in a larger organization)
• Worked with Family owned companies
• Managed 700-1500cr turnover
• Good exposure to business partnering and organizational development
• 8-10 years as HR generalist
• Must have average tenure (stay) of 4+ years
• Current annual fixed between 70-100 Lacs
• Can join in 30-45 days
• Currently working in Mumbai or Pune
