Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives and growth.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on people and culture matters.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Oversee recruitment for all levels, ensuring quality and timely hiring.
• Align manpower planning with business expansion and succession needs.
• Build strong employer branding and talent pipeline through campus and industry engagement.
Performance Management
• Lead the design and implementation of a performance management framework (KRA/KPI-based).
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and merit-based recognition.
Learning & Development
• Identify capability gaps and design effective training and development programs.
• Implement leadership and managerial development initiatives across levels.
Compensation & Benefits
• Oversee compensation benchmarking, structure design, and incentive schemes.
• Ensure pay equity, internal consistency, and compliance with compensation policies.
HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure efficient HR operations including payroll, attendance, and personnel records.
• Monitor compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, and labor laws.
• Drive process automation and HR digital transformation (HRMS).
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues fairly and promptly.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation and retention.
Organizational Development
• Support change management, restructuring, and succession planning.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and leadership development across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
• Experience: 20-25 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Industry Preference: Manufacturing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing HR practices and compliance.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and decision-making ability.
