Job Description:
To head a team that develops human resources policies, procedures, practices', and programms, we are seeking for a Vice President of Human Resources. Organizational growth, employee relations, employee engagement and satisfaction, performance management, and pay analysis will all be significantly impacted by the ideal candidate. Working closely with our most valuable resource, our employees, this function acts as the main ambassador for our culture.
Responsibilities:
• Lead programmes for all people's experiences in areas including rewards, pay, diversity, inclusion, and performance management
• From a data-driven perspective, develop, interpret, and put into practise policies and processes that advance the company's objectives.
• Manage, coach, and develop direct reports as well as provide daily leadership for our HR and Recruiting team
• Continually improve our employee experience through enhancing internal activities, onboarding, communication, feedback systems, and employee interactions in close collaboration with the leadership team.
• Support our employees with top-notch benefits, a solid philosophy of performance and reward, and empathetic engagement
• To support a rapidly expanding staff, implement HR systems and procedures and refine them over time.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to the senior leadership team
• Evaluates both short-term and long-range planning for new and existing programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in HR function(s) with strong working knowledge of all key functional areas such as recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and benefits
• Expert in international, national, and state employment regulations
• An outstanding connector who can work with others, solve problems, and contribute to the celebration of achievements while also learning from errors and always keeping the team in mind
• A solid track record of influencing senior business leaders while demonstrating excellent decision quality
