Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee the annual budgeting process to align financial planning with organizational goals.
• Manage and mentor the finance, technology, and operations teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational efficiency and drive organizational success.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience with Quickbooks Online is essential; familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems is advantageous.
• Proven track record in financial and operational oversight in a nonprofit environment.
