Morgan Prestwich is thrilled to be partnering with an exciting and expanding insurance company that has created a new and unique employer-based health insurance plan. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, comfortable with accountability and someone who would like the prospect of taking on additional responsibility as required.
About the Role
Our client is currently seeking a Regional Sales Vice President who will develop sales strategies and who will research, prospect and generate new business through developing relationships with area Benefits Brokers. This position will report directly into the Chief Growth Officer.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Health Plan Sales with a focus on Broker relationships
• Requires someone who has prior experience of having worked as a carrier representative within the large group/100+ market
• Health care insurance industry experience required
• You will have experience of working as a carrier representative or broker with a focus on new product lines in an established company
• Strong business acumen, collaboration and communication skills
Location
You will be based in either Miami or South Florida.
