In the People Analytics & Insights team at Citigroup, we solve business problems with workforce and business data. We conduct analyses and use behavioral science to provide actionable insights and enable evidence-based decision making. Actionable insights lead to best decisions about people – individuals, teams, and organizations – to drive business performance.
The “Vice President, Talent Acquisition Analytics Partner” will act as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition data and lead analyses and reporting that utilize this data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct analyses and provide recommendations for actions that will have the maximum impact
• Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues on the creation of metrics and their use in a variety of analyses
• Collaborate closely with data scientists to identify the most impactful metrics, calculate those metrics and related thresholds, and design visualizations for sharing with larger audiences
• Lead change management initiatives across Talent Acquisition and HR
• Stay up to date on developments within the Talent Acquisition team and how changes impact the data
• Provide expertise and insight on how to best use Talent Acquisition data in dashboards, models, and other analyses
• Identify data patterns & trends and provide insights to enhance decision making capabilities
• Gather data to measure the effectiveness of new initiatives and improve analyses going forward
• Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities
The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelors/University degree
• Experience working in analytics in a global environment with complex data
• Knowledge of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition data, terminology, and systems
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and techniques
