Highly experienced HR recruiting professional offering 'white glove' level support to top level business line managers in senior talent recruitment. An solitary contributor may also be in charge of a small team of sourcers/schedulers. Performs the duties associated with an executive search business.
• Understands candidate identification and attraction, candidate market mapping, is skilled at developing connections with important industry influencers and sources, handles the fluidity of individual searches with patience and maturity, and manages business line managers through this process. Deep grasp of offer creation, delivery, and closure.

• A bachelor's degree or similar work experience is necessary, as well as 15 years of progressive relevant experience with demonstrated understanding of technical and legal elements of human resources, as well as at least 4 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Must have sufficient business understanding to administrate activities on behalf of the designated firm or business partner group.
• Maintain awareness of rivals (may have a strong regional focus) and commercial ramifications. Must be able to recognize the human consequences of function acts. Knowledge, communication, business, and change management abilities comparable with an experienced HR manager are required.
• This position serves on the Human Resources Operating Committee. The incumbent may represent the company externally. An advanced degree or certification corresponding with local practice, such as SPHR in the United States, is preferable.
