Job Description
Role Objectives
This role is responsible for leading and managing HR activities for the sales organization by advising and influencing key stakeholders on people related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales leadership team to design and deliver the people agenda for the function to help attract, retain, and develop talent for achievement of business objectives
Part of the HR leadership team and responsible for enabling and leading organization wide people related initiatives and strategic projects along with other members of the HR team
Advice business stakeholders on all aspects on people related matters
Provide leadership in delivery of HR services that include induction, performance management, reward and recognition, organization design, learning and development, talent management, compensation & benefits in collaboration with corporate COE teams
Build a talent pipeline with the right skills and experiences to grow the business by identifying and nurturing talent with potential to fill leadership positions
Ensure timely recruitment & build recruitment pipeline in partnership with TA team
Design/deliver organisational change/restructures as per the need of the business
Drive engagement interventions to understand the pulse of the team and construct action plans based on the feedback
Shape and enable a winning growth mindset that drives performance and engagement of a diverse and inclusive workforce, through digitally enabled people processes and systems
Ensure regular connect with the sales team through one on one and group meetings with an aim to understand issues and chalk out plans to correct them
Facilitating in identifying and executing training needs for the sales organization
Review industry-wide and internal sales HR policies, processes, rewards, and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices
Counsel the team on career development and advancement opportunities, as well as initiatives related to development, training, compensation, engagement & recognition
Manage employee issues pertaining to disciplinary matters and grievance handling. Provide advice and coaching to line managers on disciplinary or ethical cases
Coach / mentor team member in the HR team for efficient business partnering

Desired Experience Level, Skills & Qualification
Post-Graduation in Management with a specialization in HR with 12+ years of relevant experience in broad generalist roles ideally within FMCG industry
Demonstrated ability to develop & implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Strong business acumen & leadership. Comfortable to work with all levels in the organization.
Results-orientation with ability to execute in precise timelines
Experience in partnering & developing relationships with senior functional leaders
Strong analytical, strategical thinking, interpersonal and relationship building skills
Good knowledge of external HR trends, market, and competitors. Advanced MS Office skills
Excellent organization, written/verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills
Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people and lead complex and transformation change
