Job Description
• Overall charge of academics for Grades IX–XII; oversight of the Cambridge curriculum as required
• Improve Class X & XII results
• Develop and implement robust academic processes, curriculum, timetable, micro-calendar, and assessment frameworks, ensuring timely syllabus completion.
• Shift towards competency-based, child-centric pedagogy, experiential learning, and AI-enabled academic support.
• Conduct periodic academic audits (internal/external) and plan focused remedial/special classes.
• Plan, organize, and supervise all school examinations.
Teaching, Learning & Innovation
• Mandatorily teach Classes XI/XII (minimum 6–8 periods/week) as per subject expertise.
• Motivate teachers to create micro-learning videos and leverage digital tools.
• Ensure optimal utilization of Labs, promote innovation, experiments, and work towards patents with monthly reporting.
• Plan and monitor Academy integration, expand usage beyond Maths, and track student progression.
Teacher Development & Leadership
• Monitor CRO schedules, allocate additional responsibilities, and empower teachers based on feedback.
• Create a second line of leadership for major school events and student bodies.
Student Progress, Wellbeing & Career Guidance
• Track student performance longitudinally through E-profiles; redesign report cards for holistic development.
• Collect and analyze quarterly student feedback (IX–XII) to support teacher progression.
• Maintain records of students requiring counselling for stress/anxiety, in coordination with the counsellor.
• Supervise the Career Advisory Cell
• Support CUET preparation, IC3 initiatives, and continuous monitoring of counsellor effectiveness.
Parent & Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as the L2 escalation point for parents
• Conduct structured meetings with parents, educators, coordinators, and HMs; share outcomes with the Principal.
• Collect annual parent feedback and present gap analysis to management.
Co-Curricular, Outreach & Rankings
• Organize environmental initiatives annually and outreach events
• Establish and monitor activity clubs
Reporting, Compliance & Governance
• Submit monthly syllabus progression reports
• Ensure high-quality resource hiring, allocation, and utilization.
• Head the Discipline Committee, ensuring school-wide adherence to discipline policies.
• Support the Principal in defining and achieving school goals and objectives.
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Principal or Management
