Collaborate with teachers, parents and students to provide the best education for each student and assist them in their academic and professional goals.
Provide guidance and counseling services to students on their academic or vocational goals and offer assistance with behavioral modification programs.
Training, supervising, and motivating faculty including teachers and auxiliary staff.
Working on committees including academic boards, governing bodies and task groups.
Providing support to an academic team of lecturers, tutors or teachers.
Drafting and interpreting regulations and dealing with queries and complaints procedures
Maintaining high levels of quality assurance, including course evaluation and course approval procedures.
Liaising with partner institutions, other institutions, external agencies, government departments and prospective students.
Organizing and facilitating a variety of educational or social activities.
Discipline students according to school policy and enforce campus rules, such as the dress code and attendance policy.
Participate in hiring, training and other employment activities for instructors and secondary staff members to create a dynamic team.
Lead professional development programs for staff and encourage instructors to attend regional conferences to maintain the best academic programs.
