Urgent Requirement : Vice Principal

Job Description :
The Vice Principal will be required to work as a member of the Senior Leadership Team in
Handling Academics and coordinating with teachers and Coordinators for proper implementation and results
To lead, plan, manage and ensure the successful delivery of the Academy vision for individual student achievement
Liasioning with the Principal for all administrative work
Working closely with Principal in regards to the development of school policies, rules and regulations
Attending and participating in meetings with staff, parents and other officials
Assisting with the recruitment, training and onboarding of teachers
Planning and Organizing school events and field trips and assisting with various committees
Establishing rapport and maintaining relationships with parents, staff and students
Conducting regular meetings with HoDs for streamlining academic operations
Handling CBSE related work
Helping in admission and retention of students.
To ensure that all students across the full ability range have maximum support and opportunities to reach their full potential and achieve a position where they can become effective and valued stakeholders in modern society
Collaborate as a member of the Leadership Team in order to build and realise the shared vision of excellence and high standards for all students
Agreeing challenging subject targets, including student achievement targets, ensuring rigorous monitoring, evaluation and review of progress towards these through faculty improvement plans
Ensuring high quality teaching and learning following the School policy for self-evaluation and review
Contribute, as appropriate with senior leaders, to training and the professional learning of staff (coaching and mentoring) with an emphasis on care, support, guidance, behaviour, attendance, inclusion and support all staff in achieving the priorities and targets of the school
To actively participate in the monitoring evaluation and review of teaching and learning in line managed faculties. Managing any capability or disciplinary procedures in line with Academy policy, where appropriate
Have overall leadership responsibility for Student Behaviour and Attitudes
To report to the Principal on all important matters
Requirements :
Education : Post graduate / B.Ed/M.Ed
Experience - Minimum 10 years teaching experience & 1 to 2 years work experience as Vice Principal
