Video conferencing Experience with CISCO

Job Title: AV Engineer (Video Conferencing with Cisco)

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Engineer to provide operational support for our Cisco IP Telephony and Video Conferencing infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong video conferencing skills, be proficient in Cisco systems, and have excellent communication skills.
Salary Range:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support for Cisco IP Telephony and Video Conferencing infrastructure
• Manage incidents through SNOW and liaise with vendors or internal teams to resolve hardware/software issues
• Maintain system documentation and prepare periodical reports
Required Skills:
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to work in a team
• Hands-on experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and administering Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connections, CUPS platforms, and UCCE
• Good understanding of Signaling protocols like SIP, H.323, MGCP SCCP, and XMPP
Preferred Skills:
• Exposure to Video Codecs from Cisco/Polycom/Crestron/Logitech/Dolby/Neat/Jabra
• Exposure to Audio DSPs (Bi-Amp or Polycom SoundStructure)
• Knowledge of Monitoring tools
• Exposure to MS Teams, Robin, Crestron, and MS PowerShell programming
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position based in Noida, with the option to work from home.
