Position Title: Video Editor
Company Name: EPIC Businesses
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 0.6-3 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Create multiple designing video themes for social media channels on creative topics or festive occasions;
• Take a brief to grasp the marketing team s needs and specifications
• Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables;
• Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media;
• Manage video library;
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
• Create rough and final cuts
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
Skills:
• Proven work experience as a video editor with premiere pro and after effects (1-3years)
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
