Job Description
Position - Intern - Video Editor
Type - Full-time Internship,
Location - Navi Mumbai, Maharastra
Who are we
Based out of IIT Bombay, HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company creating clinical
genomics products that enable diagnostic labs and hospitals to offer accurate and
personalized diagnostics. Backed by India's most respected scientific institutions
(DST, BIRAC, DBT), we have launched impactful genomics-based solutions,
including a diagnostic test for Tuberculosis that was recognized as one of the top
innovations by BIRAC and was launched by the Prime Minister in 2022.
We are a fast-growing, mission-driven startup building the future of precision
diagnostics in India and beyond.
What we want you to do
Video Editing & Post Production
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content tailored for various digital
platforms.
• Incorporate music, motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions that align with our
brand tone.
• Maintain consistency in look and feel across all content.
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and medical teams to understand briefs
and creative direction.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute creatively to
content ideation.
Media Management
• Organize and archive video assets and manage project files efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and formats across video and social
platforms.
Brand Alignment
• Ensure all video outputs reflect the brand's visual identity and message.
• Adapt videos for different formats like Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and
internal presentations.
What are we looking for in you?
• Basic to intermediate experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro,
or similar editing software.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail and pacing.
• Understanding of video aspect ratios, resolution, and compression for
social media.
• A portfolio of edited videos (personal/college projects, YouTube,
Instagram, etc.).
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
Bonus (Good To Have)
Content Collaboration
Experience with motion graphics or animation.
• Interest in science communication or healthcare
storytelling.
• Knowledge of sound editing or color grading.
