Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 INR per month

This solution allows them to offer all the features of Kreateable under their own brand identity.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for producing demo videos, marketing collaterals, daily social media posts, and other visual content. A strong sense of creativity, storytelling, and brand consistency is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, professional-quality videos.
✔ Motion Graphics: Create simple animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance videos.
✔ Color Correction & Audio Syncing: Perform color grading and ensure audio clarity and synchronization.
✔ Content Enhancement: Trim footage, add text overlays, subtitles, and background music to boost engagement.
✔ Creative Input: Proactively suggest ideas to improve video quality, storytelling, and audience impact.
✔ Format Adaptation: Edit and adapt videos into different formats and aspect ratios for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
✔ Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to meet deadlines and ensure consistent branding.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio or demo reel required). Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools. Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics. Knowledge of motion graphics and animations. Attention to detail and a keen eye for creativity. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Familiarity with social media video trends and best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing and creative content production. Must have access to a personal laptop/PC with the required editing software. Stable internet connection. Comfortable working in the night shift (6 PM to 3 AM IST).

We need a Video Editor who lives and breathes Gen Z trends, skate culture, and the fast-paced world of short-form content. Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation Mastery:
• Edit Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, long-form videos (vlogs, skate edits), ensuring they align with Hearty’s gritty, authentic vibe.
• Transform raw footage (skate sessions, product launches, behind-the-scenes) into addictive, shareable content.
• Craft Instagram Stories with animations, polls, countdowns, and interactive elements to boost engagement.
2. Trendspotting & Cultural Relevance:
• Stay glued to trending music, video styles (transitions, pacing), memes, and challenges on Instagram, and YouTube.
• Inject trending aesthetics (e.g., VHS filters, hyper-lapse cuts, glitch effects) into Hearty’s content while keeping it brand-centric.
• Predict viral waves and propose ideas (e.g., “Skateboard ASMR” or “Day in the Life of a Hearty Rider”).
3. Platform-Specific Optimization:
• Tailor edits for each platform:
- Reels/Shorts: Punchy hooks (0–3 seconds), trending sounds, vertical formats.
- YouTube/Vlogs: Longer narratives with SEO-friendly titles, chapters, and end screens.
- Stories: Swipe-up links, stickers, and ephemeral teasers.
• Ensure technical perfection (aspect ratios, resolution, captions, hashtags).
4. Music & Style Expertise:
• Source copyright-free or licensed trending music that matches Hearty’s vibe (punk, hip-hop, lo-fi beats).
• Use sound effects (skateboard scratches, crowd cheers) to amplify authenticity.
• Experiment with editing styles (jump cuts, speed ramps, split screens) to keep content fresh.
5. Collaboration & Brand Alignment:
• Partner with content creators, influencers, and the marketing team to brainstorm ideas.
• Maintain Hearty’s visual identity: raw, high-contrast colors, dynamic pacing, and subculture-driven narratives.
• Add subtitles, captions, and text overlays for accessibility and engagement.
