We are a fast growing (400% YoY) SaaS startup. We are a small team of 23, not looking to change the world but simply change / improve the lives of our customers.
We are currently clocking $1.9m in ARR in revenue, predominantly via inbound marketing.
We know a thing or two about SaaS : -
• Anmol has 8 years experience scaling SaaS revenue across leading SaaS products in India as part of their marketing team - Wingify ($40m ARR), Tracxn ($15m ARR, Public listed SaaS).
• Pulkit has scaled engineering across multiple SaaS platforms from 0 to 100k users in a span of 10 months. He enjoys designing and implementing large-scale products.

About the role
We are starting a youtube channel for Emitrr and looking for someone to convert our boring videos to engaging ones with their editing creativity.
The role requires (but not limited to) you to :
• Run experiments to see whats working and whats not working by looking at our engagement metrics
• Take inspiration from youtube channels with millions of subscribers and followers to see editing best practices e.g. engaging thumbnails, video titles, effects and more
• Understanding our audience and the content they relate to on video channels
• We want to grow this channel to millions of audience and believe that editing will play a big role in this apart from just content
• This role may grow into (if the person is interested) in video creation.
Requirements :
• Past experience with converting boring videos into engaging ones with editing skills
• Minimum of 3 months of relevant experience in video editing or a portfolio of freelancing projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics software like After Effects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience with motion graphics, color correction and sound design.
• Knowledge of video production processes, including shooting and lighting.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends in video content.
