We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated Video Editor & Social Media Manager to join our growing team. If you love turning raw footage into scroll-stopping content and have a knack for planning content that actually converts - this one’s for you.
This is a hybrid role, perfect for someone who can edit high-performing videos, create engaging social media content, and manage a content calendar with confidence.
Responsibilities
• Edit short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube videos
• Add captions, sound design, transitions, and animations aligned with our brand
• Edit full YouTube videos from concept to final cut (hooks, pacing, retention strategies)
• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Generate content ideas aligned with trends, campaigns, and our brand voice
• Post and schedule across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Track performance, suggest improvements, and implement what works
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience with video editing tools
• Past experience creating for social media (bonus if in a fast-paced or startup setting)
• Ability to plan and execute content calendars across platforms
• Strong understanding of trends, hooks, retention tactics, and what works online
• Creative, reliable, and able to work independently
• Room for creative freedom and testing new ideas
• Collaborative and supportive team
