Location: Marol, Andheri (Work from Office)
Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational off)
Shifts: 247 rotational shifts
Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduation, HSc with a minimum of 2 Years of experience can also apply.
Experience: 0 to 7 years (max)
Interview Process at IDfy:
Aptitude Test -> Round 1 -> Round 2 (All face-to-face interviews)| Marol, Andheri
Responsibilities:
Conduct video calls with customers to verify their identity and documents.
Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines while performing VKYC procedures.
Communicate effectively with customers to guide them through the verification process and address any concerns.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and information collected during the VKYC process.
Collaborate with other teams, such as compliance and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
Skills Needed:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of KYC regulations.
Comfortable with video conferencing and digital tools.
Customer service orientation.
Ethical conduct and confidentiality.
