Job Description
This is a hands-on role that blends logistics, visual storytelling, and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Transport vintage inventory from storage to pop-up locations (vehicle strongly preferred)
Load/unload racks, bins, and display materials
Execute a highly curated, elevated retail setup within a market environment
Maintain visual cohesion, spacing, flow, and presentation throughout the event
Manage sales and deliver a thoughtful, welcoming customer experience
Keep the space organized, styled, and aligned with brand standards
Pack down and return inventory to storage post-event
What We’re Looking For:
A strong eye for detail, composition, and spatial styling
Someone who understands that retail is about atmosphere as much as product
Meticulous attention to presentation and organization
Experience in vintage, fashion retail, styling, or pop-ups
Confidence in sales and customer interaction
Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs
Weekend availability
Access to a vehicle (strongly preferred)
Attention to detail, visual refinement, and pride in presentation are essential.
Pop-ups take place primarily in Toronto’s west end but require flexibility to travel across the city.
Compensation: $300/day + commission
